We just had a blast this afternoon playing Music Bingo with our superb host Garvan Rigby. Such a pleasure to work with an organisation that make it so easy to arrange an online event. It’s literally a case of turn up and have fun and the smiles on the faces of 20 people from almost 20 different countries getting together to have fun online is priceless. What a great way to keep the team spirit alive in these remote working times. Highly recommend Star DJs to anyone for a work event or even a birthday celebration.

Garvan and Star DJ’s put on a great activity for our virtual team event. Garvan was a pleasure to work with and as enthusiastic from the first to the last day. If we ever had a question or a request, Garvan was always on hand to respond really quickly. Trying to create a fun WFH event is a difficult task, but this was effortless with Music bingo and Garvan.

Booked Garvan for a virtual Christmas party event where he hosted Music Bingo, and it was a great hit with the whole crowd! Very professional and really fun set up on the day. And making all the arrangements in advance was such a great and easy process. Found Garvan to be really accommodating, helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!

The Music Bingo was a great event, many of us agreed that it was easily one of the best online events we’ve attended. It was very well run, fun and a great way to socialise with the team…. even for someone like me who can never remember the names of songs!

Darragh played at my sister’s wedding and at my house party. The music was fantastic, complimented by all, young and older. Darragh is fun, professional and knows exactly how to get the dance floor hopping! Highly recommended!!!

Apologies I meant to e-mail straight after my party on Apr. 11th. Never having done anything as wild as having a DJ and reached my !! birthday I cannot give you all enough praise. From those I talked to on the phone beforehand to Graham on the night absolutely fantastic. The whole thing was done so discreetly, pleasantly nothing was too much trouble, especially as I suppose you are usually dealing with totally wired clients!!! I was very pleased with the service received from StarDJ’s. The disco was being run for the 6th class students of the school as their last event together. They had their graduation night in the school and this event was organised and run by the parents on the evening of their last day at the school. The school is mixed and does not have a feeder school attached to it, so the children are splitting up and going in different directions, hence it is a sentimental and quite emotional day for them. I asked the DJ to acknowledge this at the end of the night but that we didn’t want any emotional “This will be our last song together” type of songs.

The attendees are at that awkward age, not kids but not adults, so we wanted the music and mood accurately pitched to suit their taste and age.
Our DJ was Owen. He was great. Everything he did was age appropriate and he obviously pitched the style of music well as the kids appeared to love it and the parents (helpers) enjoyed it too!! He did two party games with them which they enjoyed. Overall the disco was a success and the kids had a great time. Many parents commented that the DJ was great. Owen was not only a great DJ he was friendly, good with the kids, polite and punctual. What more could we have asked for. I will certainly pass on your details to the next year parents and would recommend Star DJ’s based on my experience.

We booked a Karaoke night as a fund raiser event with you. Importantly everyone enjoyed the evening and they are still talking about it now.
Graham the DJ did a fantastic job! He knew how to get the people up to sing and to take part in the evening. He made it very personal by reading the crowd, it was almost like he knew them.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone in the future.

Colin was great, he was spot on with the music for that age group! The hosts were really happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (which was great news for me!)

After using your DJ for a party last week I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a good spirited, fun, friendly, knowledgable DJ. Not only did our DJ add to the atmoshphere on the night he also listened to the genres of music we wanted played and did an outstanding job. Over all the night would not have been so successful had he not been there. He managed to impress an age group ranging from teens all the way up to the grand parents and all our family and friends are still chatting about his expertise in music and friendly enthusiastic persona. The Kids were very happy with the DJ. He did lots of games and played most of the songs we had put on our playlist. I had hopes of using the karaoke but we never got around to it, so would just go without that option the next time. You had forewarned me that it probably wouldn’t work for a daytime party in the house, and you were right. A good time was had by all anyway.

We were very happy with our DJ Mal for my husbands 50th birthday and surprise “This is your life”. We asked for mainly 80s music and he felt he was entertaining the 40 and 50 year olds which was exactly what we wanted. He asked us during the night if we wanted to add in some more uptodate music and I could see my husband really enjoyed the list. Also Mal was able to put music to the “this is your life” very well even with some changes being made to the slides. I was in good contact with him before the night and I felt he really wanted to help create a good night and I didn’t feel I was a nuisance to him.
At the end of the night we were really happy with him and would have no hesitation having him as our DJ for any future event. So thank you very much.

From start to finish Star DJs were fantastic! I couldn’t find a DJ at short notice and you came to my rescue! From the first phone call you were so helpful, I was put in contact with Darragh and he is such a lovely person, great DJ and the event was brilliant, Darragh played all the music we had discussed before the event.
